Andrew Winter

Andrew Winter has two decades of experience in student welfare and wellbeing, higher education administration, management, and strategic planning.

In his role as the Director of Student Support Services, he provides leadership, oversight and strategic direction across Student Support Services, working closely with academic and professional stakeholders to enhance the student experience across the University of Sheffield.

He is also passionate about mental health and is a registered Mental Health First Aider. Andrew is a member of the UK’s Association of University Administrators and the Chartered Management Institute.
